I’ve just signed up. Now what?

Amazing! Welcome to the best flower subscription community EVER! Hold tight, in the next few days you will receive a welcome letter with your delivery details and dates. I can’t wait to bring “dreamy” to your doorstep.

I’ve signed up for a three-month subscription, how many deliveries will I be getting?

Get ready! You are about to receive one “market style haul” per month on your delivery day for a total of 3 deliveries.

I hear you refer to your subscriptions as a “market style haul.” What does that mean?

We describe it that way because it reminds us of a Saturday trip to your local farmer’s market. You choose the freshest cuts that you want from 4 or 5 seasonal selections and then you get them delivered right to your doorstep for you to arrange around your home as you see fit.

Am I able to customize/choose what flowers I am getting each month?

Yes! Here at Be Fresh we often talk about making “pretty choices.” It is one of the best aspects about our subscription service. Each month we provide you with 4 or 5 seasonal selections and the choosing, well, that is all up to you!

Are the flowers that you use in subscriptions from local growers?

About 80% of the fresh cuts that we offer in our subscription service are from local growers, right here in Niagara. The odd time, mostly when we put together our monthly feature, we will bring in a few blooms that are imported. Supporting our local growers is really important to us!

What are your delivery areas?

We deliver three Fridays per month across the Niagara Region from Fort Erie to Grimsby. See more information on Delivery & Routes here.

Do I get to choose my delivery dates?

All delivery dates are assigned based on location across the Niagara Region. It just makes it easier for our amazing delivery team when they are headed out with your blooms. See more information on Delivery & Routes here.

What are “bloom buckets”?

With your first delivery you will receive your very own bloom bucket. This is yours to keep. You need to put out each month on your delivery day with a little bit of water. This allows us to deliver your fresh cuts in a way that is safe, contactless and best of all super easy and convenient. On days with extreme temperatures it will be best to bring it indoors asap. We do recommend that if you are not home to receive your delivery on extreme weather days, that you arrange for someone to bring it in for you. 

Do I have to choose my flowers each month? I am gifting a subscription and would rather not have that option.

That is absolutely fine with us! We have many clients that have opted for their gifted subscriptions to be chosen by us each month. We actually love choosing for you! We love being able to wow your loved ones.

I am a real estate agent and I would like to purchase subscriptions as a thank you/closing gift AND I would like to have a card included, is that possible?

We have worked with many agents and love providing you with specific service to suit your needs. After placing your order simply send an email with your order number to and she will work out all of those important details with you.
